Portal Palletizer
The great advantage of the Portal Palletizer is that it does not push bags, but lays them down and can therefore palletize them overlapping.
Furthermore, the bags are pressed from all four sides to obtain a well-structured layer pattern.
Boxes are also lifted, laid and afterwards the layer is formed.
When arranging the bags or boxes, it is ensured that the bags or boxes are brought into the required position, e.g. barcodes can be read from the outside.
In addition, a robot can be installed for possible depalletizing work.
Further options enable the Portal Palletizer to be optimally adapted to customer requirements.
Robotic bag palletizer is a fully automatic palletizing machine that handles your products from one infeed conveyor to one stacking position at high rates. Thanks to a wide selection of end-of-arm tools, it can palletize virtually any type of bag, bale, or bundle with a very high level of accuracy. Its pallet magazine and dispenser can handle pallets of different sizes to provide even more flexibility. For increased speed, an independent system can automatically apply top, tier, and slip sheets, allowing the robot to focus solely on palletizing.
The Robotic high speed palletizer comes with standard equipment: a finger gripper, three accumulation conveyors, a pacing and a pick-up conveyor, a pallet dispenser, a pusher for empty pallets and a conveyor for pallet loads, safety fences, light curtains, Fanuc robot, and more.
